Saying good bye to a beloved pet is a very difficult and confusing time. One thinks back to the months proceeding searching for comfort, this confort came to me in the form of the concern and care received at Handle With Care. I can not thank or praise Dr. Handle and his staff enough for the attention given to my beloved J Henry over this last year.
They were always there for us, mornings, evenings,or weekends, J Henry's well being was their first concern. His health issue had been researched and the course of care discussed at length, during his treatment many follo up calls were made to see how he was doing. Last week he failed to respond to his treatment, the time had come to put his comfort first and say good bye. I was so touched as the techs on duty that morning took the time to come into the room to epress their sorrow and say good bye with me.
Handle and his staff gave the up most concern and care, at the end I most appreciated their compassion. Everyone at Handel with Care treats you and your pet as though you really matter. They take a real interest in you and always greet you in a friendly and receptive manner.
